For three years we searched for the perfect property. Not to renovate a house, but to build something the UK wedding market had never truly seen.
What we found, again and again, was a market divided into two extremes: converted barn venues on one end, grand stately homes on the other. Each impressive in its own right — yet both sharing the same fundamental flaw.
They were existing buildings adapted for weddings as an afterthought. The compromises that came with that approach were felt by every couple and every guest who passed through their doors.
We wanted to change that. We believed that a venue designed from the ground up — conceived purely around the flow of a wedding day — could deliver an entirely different quality of experience.
When The Grange in Leverton came to market, we knew we had found the perfect location. The coachhouse, originally built in 1832 and later converted to farm offices, stood at the heart of the property. From every angle, the views were extraordinary. The bones were there. The story was waiting to be told.
