Lighting, glass and floral chandelier decorations can all be used very easily to create different look and vibe within the Ceremony Hall and this works especially well for evening celebrations. Versatile space will allow you to transform from elegance of the daylight intimate ceremony to magical dance floor and entertainment space in the evening.
Our uniquely designed interior spaces allows you to keep everyone included and feeling very much a part of the celebrations – The smooth transitions between the rooms allows guest of all ages to enjoy a dance as well quality conversation. The Oak View ceremony hall has state of the art Climate Control system with air cooling ensuring pleasant room temperature throughout the day and night.

The Grange Leverton offers a variety of wedding packages and exclusive venue hire options to suit a range of budgets. Whether it is an all inclusive incredible package using our trusted quality suppliers or midweek intimate celebrations we will make the perfect venue for your big day. Hosting only one wedding over the course of a weekend, we have created an accommodation package which gives you and your guests the option to celebrate over several days, so it’s not just a wedding day but a wedding weekend!

YES! We are licensed for marriage and civil ceremony in the Oak View Ceremony Hall where we can sit 88 guests. For outdoor ceremonies we are licensed under the William Oak where you can exchange your vows under 200 years old Oak tree.

Yes of course – we love meeting couples in person and showing around the venue. We’ve designed it and built it ourselves so we are beaming with pride showing the venue being fully completed now.

Yes of course – After your first viewing if there is a specific date that you’ve got in mind we are happy to hold it up to 14 days without requiring deposit.
Booking your wedding venue will be the most important and most expensive decision, so absolutely we are more than happy to do a second viewing with your Family or Friends so you can discuss it together and be fully satisfied that you’ve made the right decision.
We recommend second viewing for majority of our couples ideally in the same month and their chosen wedding date – this will give you idea how the venue, gardens and the light will be on your actual day. P.S We can’t control the weather 😉 but we’ve built the venue to suit all British weather conditions.
We require 30% of your chosen wedding package to secure the venue and the full cost needs to be paid 12 weeks before your wedding date.
For the Ceremony and the main wedding dinner, our maximum capacity is 88 and for the evening reception, our maximum number of guests in 120.
We currently have two caterers that we recommend for simple reason – we absolutely love their delicious food and they are top notch catering professionals to smoothly deliver on your day. They suit all budget, dietary requirements and can provide evening food.

However, if you got your heart set on another catering provider we will be happy to meet them and agree the use of our professional catering kitchen and insure the right certification and insurance criteria is met.
We have fully staffed and stocked bar for the day of your wedding and for the evening we will have drink mixologist serving you and your guest your favourite cocktails.

We are thrilled to offer 3 luxurious bedrooms in the weekend hire package.
We’ve designed the most stunning bridle suite upstairs with the separate lounge and private hot tube balcony overlooking the fields. There are a further two en-suite king size rooms with foldable sofa’s options for the little ones.
For bigger groups there is an option of house rental in the village just few miles away from the venue.
We think we though of every detail to make your weekend go smooth but we are not wedding planners or your wedding coordinates. We are very flexible when coming to meeting onsite with your chosen providers, but we recommend the below services of amazing wedding planners and coordinators to take stress away from the day.
Due to high structures and investment in the venue we don’t allow DIY wedding, and you have to use wedding stylist insured professionals. Please see question about our recommended suppliers to check out amazing wedding stylist.
We’ve got guest parking for 40 cars in the next-door field and it takes only 2 minutes to walk to the venue.
Your catering suppliers have got parking facilities right outside the kitchen and other suppliers can also park just outside the venue to deliver anything that might be heavy or bulky to carry around.
The wedding couple can be also dropped in the car right outside the Oak View Ceremony Hall.
The venue has easy access from the car park and all wedding party is on the ground floor with dedicated disabled toilet facilities. Unfortunately, there is no disable access to the upstairs apartments.
