Venue & Bookings

Is The Grange Leverton an exclusive-use venue?

Yes, when you book The Grange Leverton, you have exclusive use of the entire venue and grounds for your celebration. This means you and your guests are the only ones on site, ensuring complete privacy and a truly personal experience.

How many guests can The Grange accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 80 guests for your daytime celebrations and wedding breakfast. For evening celebrations, we can host additional guests. Please contact us for specific numbers based on your requirements.

What days of the week can we hold our wedding?

We offer weekend wedding packages, typically from Friday through to Sunday. This gives you and your guests time to arrive, celebrate, and enjoy the morning after without rushing. Midweek weddings may also be available upon request.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 12-18 months in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for peak summer months. However, we sometimes have availability for shorter notice bookings, so please get in touch to discuss.

Ceremonies & Celebrations

Can we have our ceremony at The Grange?

Yes, we are a licensed venue for civil ceremonies. You can exchange vows in our beautiful ceremony room or, weather permitting, in our stunning outdoor spaces. We work with registrars from Lincolnshire to make your ceremony perfect.

Do you have outdoor ceremony options?

Absolutely! Our grounds offer several beautiful outdoor ceremony locations, including our garden terrace with views across the Lincolnshire countryside. We always have indoor backup options should the British weather not cooperate.

Can we bring our own suppliers?

We work with a carefully selected list of preferred suppliers who know our venue well. However, we’re happy to discuss working with suppliers of your choice, subject to approval and meeting our requirements.

Catering & Drinks

Do you provide in-house catering?

We work with exceptional catering partners who create bespoke menus tailored to your preferences. From elegant wedding breakfasts to relaxed evening food, we ensure every dish reflects the quality and style of your celebration.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Of course! Our catering partners are experienced in accommodating all dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other allergies or preferences. Just let us know when planning your menu.

Is there a bar on site?

Yes, we have a fully stocked bar with a range of drinks packages available. We can also create bespoke cocktail menus and cater to any specific requests you may have.

Practical Information

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have ample free parking on site for all your guests. The car park is located within the grounds, making it easy and convenient for everyone.

What time can our celebration run until?

Evening celebrations can run until midnight. We want you to make the most of your special day while being mindful of our beautiful rural setting.

Do you allow fireworks or sparklers?

Sparklers are permitted and make wonderful photograph opportunities. Due to our rural location and nearby animals, we ask that fireworks are discussed with us in advance.

Is the venue accessible?

We strive to make The Grange accessible to all guests. Our main ceremony and reception areas are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us to discuss any specific accessibility requirements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
