Venue & Bookings

Yes, when you book The Grange Leverton, you have exclusive use of the entire venue and grounds for your celebration. This means you and your guests are the only ones on site, ensuring complete privacy and a truly personal experience.

We can accommodate up to 88 guests for your daytime celebrations and wedding breakfast, and up to 120 guests for your evening celebration. Get in touch and we’ll talk through the numbers for your day.

We offer weekend wedding packages, typically from Friday through to Sunday. This gives you and your guests time to arrive, celebrate, and enjoy the morning after without rushing. Midweek weddings may also be available upon request.

We recommend booking 12-18 months in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for peak summer months. However, we sometimes have availability for shorter notice bookings, so please get in touch to discuss.

Ceremonies & Celebrations

Yes — we’re a fully licensed venue for civil ceremonies. Your ceremony takes place indoors in the Oak View Ceremony Hall, with floor-to-ceiling glass framing the Lincolnshire countryside, so you get the feel of an outdoor setting without leaving anything to the weather. We work with registrars from Lincolnshire to make your ceremony perfect.
Your ceremony itself takes place indoors, in our licensed Oak View Ceremony Hall — full-height glass walls mean you get every bit of the Lincolnshire countryside view without leaving your vows to the British weather. The grounds and terrace are yours too, for photographs, drinks, and celebrating afterwards.
We work with a carefully selected list of preferred suppliers who know our venue well. However, we’re happy to discuss working with suppliers of your choice, subject to approval and meeting our requirements.

Catering & Drinks

We work with exceptional catering partners who create bespoke menus tailored to your preferences. From elegant wedding breakfasts to relaxed evening food, we ensure every dish reflects the quality and style of your celebration.
Of course! Our catering partners are experienced in accommodating all dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other allergies or preferences. Just let us know when planning your menu.
Yes, we have a fully stocked bar with a range of drinks packages available. We can also create bespoke cocktail menus and cater to any specific requests you may have.

Practical Information

Yes, we have ample free parking on site for all your guests. The car park is located within the grounds, making it easy and convenient for everyone.
Evening celebrations run until 11:30pm, with a noise monitor in place (90dB limit) to keep things enjoyable while being mindful of our beautiful rural setting.
Sparklers are welcome — our team manages the safety kit and issuing, coordinated with your photographer. Due to our rural location and nearby animals, fireworks are not permitted at the venue.
We strive to make The Grange accessible to all guests. Our main ceremony and reception areas are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us to discuss any specific accessibility requirements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
